"Pandesal" the most popular bread in the Philippines. Pandesal is the favorite “agahan or almusal” breakfast/colazione of most Filipinos. Pandesal can eaten plain or with filling. It is best to have it while freshly hot from the oven. And I brought it here in Milan, "freshly baked bread are the best!"
My fudgy-bat-bites and my forever favorite cream-cheese brownies! I baked those for the halloween party held on my sister-in-laws club at Zeppelin! Keylime pie! My hubby's forever favorite since I've tried to bake it last Septemer, we saw it on Fast Food Man show on TV they featured a restaurant in America and a nonna refer to it as "a piece of heaven on earth" and when I tried a bite, OMG nonna was absolutely right! Blueberry-strawberry cheesecakes and keylime pie cupcakes! Keylime pie are heaven's creation! I just tried baking it on a muffin pan but baking it as "key lime pie" as real pie is the best in the world!
