Baked some "Ensaymada" today a very well-known Filipino buns which I know originated mostly in Spain. And one of my favorite childhood pinoy merienda! So I decided to make some for my daughter to taste even we are not in the Philippines. And I really miss eating ensaymada! The best cheesy buns!
*These freshly baked buns are dip in sugar-melted butter and sprinkled with cheese!

Ingredients:
630g all purpose flour
150g white granulated sugar
170g melted butter
1 pinch of salt
2 raw eggs
225 g of cheese
1 pouch of rapid rise yeast
1 cup warm water
