Ingredients:
5 granny smith apples (cut into cubes)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1tbs cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
1tbsp butter
pastry puff or sfoglia
1 egg (eggwash)
Steps:
1. Put the apples in a bowl add the brown sugar, cinnamon & salt. Cover for 30 minutes. Let the liquid of the apples to shrink at te bottom of the bowl.
2. In a medium heat the skillet and butter or grease.
3. Drain the apples and put in the buttered skillet. (Set aside the liquid)
4. Now add the liquid of the apples. Let there for 3minutes until thick.
5. Add a tsp of flour to thicken the syrup and stir. (Let the apples to coold down in room temperature and will start to wrap.
6. Cut the pastry puff in to four.
7. Use an eyeball for every apple filling.
8. Brush with eggwash to let it put into place while baking.
9. Pinch the edges to secure the it doesn't spoil. Put some wholes to let the heat escape while baking.
10. Bake it about 180'C for about 20minutes and golden brown.
